Very insightful. I find I fall asleep between midnight to 2 am and wake up at 5 am. 3 am I go potty, check phone, go back to sleep til 5 or 6 am let dogs out, internet, read, potty, may or may not go back to sleep til 7:30 and off I go usually. Now I just need to squeeze in a formal workout routine 😆
