It’s a sweet and refreshing jolt of energy that offers a ton of nutrients in a single glass. What’s not to like?

I was just thinking about making a kale, fresh fruit, almond milk, flax seed (ground), ice and spices smoothie for breakfast in a couple of hours ours.

I’ve kinda been rocking a spiced pumpkin pie smoothie and a spiced pumpkin latte smoothie. Delish and soon easy and good for you. I’ll take some pictures if I do it in a couple of hours 🙂

So going to add my organic coconut oil. I love the stuff 🙂
