I already do most of these. But, haven’t tried the chewing raw garlic deal. It’s my understanding garlic pills just don’t cut it. Have to do it straight from the source. I’m a big proponent of lemon, spicy, water, fruits, veggies. But raw garlic?  Hmm…would be downing some serious chlorophyll 🙂
