I love my app My Fitness Pal. http://www.myfitnesspal.com. It tracks everything. Food, exercise, nutrition, water, supplements, notes and is customizable.

Today’s breakfast:
1egg, 2sl. Provolone, 1sl. ctr. cut bacon, 1/2sl. turk. sausage, onion, green bell pepper, 1/2cp. Pineapple, Indian Spice Chai Tea, Stevia, unsweetened soy milk. Plus, vitamins 😉 Can you tell I’m gearing up for my 45th birthday coming up? Lol 😉
