I personally ONLY USE sea salt or Kosher salt. Preferably iodized when I can find it. I really notice the notes when I cook. I also prefer really coarse ground salt.
I particularly love to use coarse sea salt on my chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and muffins. Of course, eggs, steak, and salads.
Plus, sea salt is better for you than “table salt” any day of the week.
