Thanks. Those are my custom extra spicy garlic jalapeños. I also used Duke’s mayo for the first time and WOW! I make some great extra creamy mayo, but that stuff is seriously impressive! I also used Avocado, Roma tomatoes and Dijon mustard. Hickory bacon and Angus beef, with Romaine lettuce, sea salt, cracked pepper, organic curry powder, Aged extra sharp Vermont cheddar. It was devine.
This is my French style folded omelet stuffed with Extra Sharp Vermont Cheddar, Green Onion, Maple Bacon, coarse sea salt, cracked pepper, 2 eggs, paprika and a pinch of nutmeg. Side Maple Bacon.
