I eat this all the time as my sweet treat instead of actual chocolate. It comes in a variety of forms. It tastes very similar to dark chocolate. The consistency is hard. However dissolves easily. I do it in chunk form in the evening.  A little goes a long way. I also add it to my cookies and brownie recipe. I use 62% Cacao. You can find it in powder form, nib form, chip and chunk form. Enjoy.
