Ok. As part of my Sexy Beast Wednesday’s I have a good for your body share that taste great.
A great breakfast that is amazingly delish and pack with nutrients.

Pour Grapenuts in a cup (1/2 cup raw). In a cup with handle is my fave way to eat in morning. Add raisins, one small box, lunchbox size. 1/2 tsp ea of cinnamon + nutmeg per 1/2-1 cup raw Grapenuts. You can also add walnuts, pecans, almonds if you want. Pour 1/2 of the amount of raw Grapenuts hot water (as a guide – so 1/2 cup of Grapenuts + 1/4 cup of hot water) over ingredients. Cover for 3 to 5 minutes, or you can microwave for 3-5 minutes. Stir. Taste like a really yummy cross between a raisin brand muffin or a pumpkin raisin brand muffin that you eat with a spoon =) Great for a cold day. Makes a great comfort food. Packed with great nutrients. You can substitute Agave Nectar or Raw Sugar as sweetener. Even honey would probably work. You primarily just want a dark sweetener for the warm taste.
