I didn’t have a chance to take a picture for you folks. I will when I make them again. I just wanted to inspire you to think outside the box. I made fluffy white chocolate chip and crumbled black walnut pancakes this morning, with warmed butter + pecan syrup.  Side of thick maple bacon.

I prefer white chocolate chips for pancakes, and the crumbled black walnuts give it taste, texture, protein and nutrients. Very bold in flavor and filling. Tastes like a really good muffin =)
