I have a homemade smoothie almost everyday. I even use a smoothie blender with a pour spout.
Currently my fave blend is:
Almond Milk unsweetened
Hershey Dark Cocoa Powder unsweetened
Granny Smith Apple
Flaxseed or Fiber Powder
PB2 (dry peanut butter 1/2 the calories)
Sweet and Low
I try and keep it between 200 and 400 calories. It is absolutely delish.
