Great chart and information.  I crave cheese and beef. This information is quite accurrate. I get anemic seemingly once or twice a month and I have a Calcium/Vitamin D deficiency,  for which I take prescriptive doses of. Go figure.

Since both of those are some of my favorite foods, I wonder if they really are my favorites or is that my brain and body needing nourishment? Just wondering. I’m sure its a combo of both 😉
