My loaded Smoked Salmon (Lox) Omelet: 2 eggs, water, sea salt, cracked pepper,  chili powder, extra sharp cheddar cheese, green onions, smoked salmon, whipped cream cheese, capers, Roma tomato.  Side Hickory bacon and iced Chai tea.
